To become an Egg Donor

    • What is an Egg Donor?

An Egg Donor is the person who can give dreams and hopes of becoming a parent to the Client with producing eggs for them.

Egg Donor program is an IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) treatment with a donated egg from an Egg Donor and the Client’s (husband) sperm. After a donated egg was fertilized with the Client’s (husband) sperm, an embryo will be transferred to the Client’s (wife) uterus. Currently, they say that this Donor Egg IVF is the most successful fertility treatment. Through this treatment, the Client can give a birth to a baby with a biological father.

    • What are the conditions for becoming an Egg Donor ?
      • * Age rage: 19-32
      • * Being healthy
      • * Non-smoker (You have to quit smoking before the registration)
      • * Has NO history of sexual diseases, infections and genetic diseases
      • * Has a flexible schedule for clinic visits (Each check-up finishes within 10 minutes)
    • ? Are there any risks (menstrual abnormalities or infertility) after I joined this program?

A woman has an oocyte in her ovary since she was born. In reproductive years, only a few out of 300000 can grow mature and become matured eggs. The rest will disappear without being grown. In reproductive years, a woman ovulates (releases) one egg every month while other 8 or 9 eggs disappear naturally without being released. In this program, we will provide specific medications to these eggs and make them grow. Therefore, there is no risk that will make you infertile after you joined this program. 

    • ? Do I feel pain when eggs are retrieved ?

Since you will be under the intravenous anesthesia, you will not feel any pain during Egg Retrieval procedure. This procedure will be done within approx. 15 minutes. You can go home after you lied down at the recovery room for about 30 minutes.

    • How much is the Compensation for an Egg Donor ?

The compensation for an Egg Donor is $7,000.

    • ? Will my profile and photos be disclosed on the internet ?

Your profile and photos will be only disclosed to the Client. We will not put your real name on this profile. Your personal information will never be disclosed on the internet, either.

    • ? I live in Japan. When I visit the clinic in California, who would pay the fee during my stay ?Our Japanese coordinator will be always your side from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic as a guide and an interpreter during your stay in California. Travel cost and hotel fee will be paid by Mac Baby USA.
    • ? What types of person becomes an Egg Donor ?

Each person has each reason to become an Egg Donor. For example, some are willing to help people because they know how difficult to get pregnant through their family members’ or friends’ experience. Some are in need to pay their education fees. And others are interested in visiting Los Angeles.

    • ? Can I register as an Egg Donor for a limited time ?

Yes, you can. If you are a student, you can register as an Egg Donor during the summer break or until you graduate from your school. If you already graduated from your school but do not work at the moment, you can register until you find a new job. If you are a house maker, you can register until you get pregnant. If you do not have your own child, you can also register at Mac Baby USA.

  • 8 Steps of Egg Donor Program for an Egg Donor

      • ②Mac Baby will send you a registration form. Please fill it out and send it back to us. The registration process will be completed at this point.
        Note: After the registration, your photo will be filed on our database. If you live in Japan or other states, we will interview you over the phone. Please wait until the Client chooses you. Your first medical examination will take place after the Client chose you. Waiting time varies. Some Donor will wait one day and others will wait several months. Once the Client chose you, we will contact you and fix the date for the examination. Please let us know if you will be available on that day. If you are not available, you can turn it down.
        If you were chosen by the Client:

    Mac Baby will pay the fee for the Initial medical examination, Air fare, Medical fees at the clinic and hotel fees during your stay in Los Angeles. 

      • ③The initial medical examination (You will take Blood work and a check-up by Ultrasound echo system.) If you live in Japan, you will visit the genecology clinic we chose in your area. If you live in Los Angeles, you will visit the clinic that we have a partnership with.)
        Psychiatric Evaluation
        The contract between an Egg Donor (you) and the Client is signed. (You will be interviewed over the phone. It takes only 15 minutes. Our Japanese interpreter will help you.)
      • ④You will come to Los Angeles, California.
      • ⑤You will take the initial examination and blood work at the clinic in California.
      • ⑥You will start to take drugs/agents once the schedule of Egg Retrieval procedure was fixed.
      • ⑦Check-ups (You will have 4 check-ups to check the size of Follicle by Ultrasound echo system during one cycle. Each check-up takes only 10 minutes)
    • ⑧You will be paid the compensation after the Egg Retrieval procedure. After the follow-up check, you will leave for Japan.
